Almost any material can be used in a CNC machine process. We work primarily with non-hazardous plastics and materials that include steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, and brass. If needed, we are happy to provide material certifications on request.
Choosing the right materials for your part is critical. You need to consider the part’s function, the durability of the material, how flexible it needs to be, and whether it will be exposed to high or low heat, moisture, or chemicals. All of these variables can have an impact on how your part performs over time.
