Zero Hour Parts fully equipped quality lab utilizes multiple contact and vision systems to provide accurate, precise measurements.  Every part shipped by Zero Hour Parts is inspected to ensure it meets requirements.  Inspection results can be provided if requested when you submit your quote request.

The Zero Hour Parts quality lab is temperature and humity controlled to provide the highest level of accuracy.  All instruments are routinely calibrated and NIST tracable.  We can measure features to exterme accuracy, routinely less then 0.001 inches.
